Finland did it again !
Saturday September,13 it was time for our yearly event, the Nordic Cup. Course this year was Golf de l’Empereur and we had 6 players per team representing Sweden , Denmark and Finland on the first tee. As usual we played stableford and all six individual scores counted for the overall team score. In addition to the fight for the team trophy, we had two competitons: Cat1 (hcp 0-18) and Cat2 (hcp 18.1-36).
For the third year in a row Finland was the best team. Congratulations to the finnish team who ended up with a total team score of 169 points. Denmark (with a couple of swedish and finnish additions) came second with 156 points and Sweden ended 3rd with a modest score of 107 points.
Best score in the swedish team was recorded by Patrik Lindgren with 33p, which also meant a 2nd place in the Cat1 competition.
